We welcome you to submit a nomination and invite you to attend the Awards Luncheon to honor your nominee.

The New Mexico Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals will celebrate the 22nd Annual National Philanthropy Day by recognizing achievement in the categories listed below.

CATEGORIES (select one per nomination):

  • OUTSTANDING BUSINESS/CORPORATION IN PHILANTHROPY:

  • OUTSTANDING LEADER IN PHILANTHROPY

  • OUTSTANDING VOLUNTEER FUNDRAISER

  • OUTSTANDING FUNDRAISING PROFESSIONAL

  • OUTSTANDING PHILANTHROPIC FOUNDATION OR SERVICE ORGANIZATION

  • OUTSTANDING FAMILY IN PHILANTHROPY

  • OUTSTANDING YOUTH IN PHILANTHROPY

NOMINATION GUIDELINES:

  • Complete the nomination form (one form per nominee)
  • In a narrative of no more than two (2) pages, address each of the criteria. The nominator must sign this letter.
  • Provide up to three (3) one-page (maximum) letters of support for this nomination.
  • Include a one (1) page maximum bio in narrative form, and a two (2) page (maximum) resume (if applicable) for the nominee.
  • Include seven (7) copies (collated and stapled, but unbound) of the nomination form, narrative and letters of support. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL MATERIALS.
  • Send nomination postmarked by JULY 15 to:
